Essential Job Duties Include: Incoming/finished product/inedible inspectionsComplete and submit defect notes related to quality and Food SafetyInput product gradingsMaintain & complete logs & formsCreate bin tagsTagging on hold productsPest control monitoringCommunicate the quality of the productFollow Good Manufacturing PracticesFollow document control practicesTrain personnel on standard operating proceduresMaintain a clean and sanitary work areaOther duties as assigned
