We cultivate diverse experiences and career-building opportunities uniquely designed to help you flourish in your role or career.We are dedicated to fostering talent internally, and many of our interns/co-ops return semester after semester and join full-time after graduation.Let's connect and discover how you can Grow with Winchester.Examples of Intern - Engineering Daily Activities: * Assist in the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes. * Conduct research and analysis to identify process improvement opportunities. * Support the implementation of new processes and technologies. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process requirements are met. * Assist in troubleshooting process issues and implementing corrective actions. * Prepare technical reports and documentation. * Participate in meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.Position Specific Requirements: * Enrolled at an accredited college or university majoring in an undergraduate Engineering degree program. Preference given to students located within 50 miles of the assigned Olin location. * Must have an overall grade point average of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale at all times throughout your time at Olin. An official transcript will be required each term. Cumulative GPA on current institution transcript will be used in transfer college situations. * Ability to work full time (40 hours a week during normal business hours) May - August 2024. Not eligible for virtual work * Must have completed sophomore year prior to first assignment with Olin. * Must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the requirement of a work/student visa. * A Valid US Driver's license is required.* Olin does not provide any form of sponsorship. We will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
