It is the foundation of The Memorial Experience.Summary:Assists with special projects for assigned areas or functions.Responsibilities:Performs administrative support duties specific to the Department Leader member being supported, may include special projects, such as data entry or analysis , MOR preparation.Assists with various hospital projects as assigned. Coordinates efforts with leaders and/or hospital staff in order to complete and manage ongoing projects. Acts as a resource person and coordinator for projectsCoordinates logistics for ongoing projects.Manages project implementation to achieve project goals while controlling resources, risks, conflicts, timelines and costs.Assists with identifying, securing, and coordinating the resources necessary for project success.Competencies:ACCOUNTABILITY, ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT, CUSTOMER SERVICE, DESKTOP SOFTWARE, FILE MANAGEMENT, RESPONDING TO CHANGE, STANDARDS OF BEHAVIOR, WORKLOAD MANAGEMENTEducation and Certification Requirements:High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)Additional Job Information:Complexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
