Poppins Productions is seeking to bring onboard OFFICE ASSISTANT INTERN to join our team in aiding our corporate office and sister organizations, Poppins Extensions Plus and Poppins Urban Podcast. We need a knowledgeable and dependable individual with an ability to be innovative and work well under pressure, especially as it relates to the entertainment and beauty world. The Officer Assistant Intern is responsible for assisting and supporting the day-to-day activities of the Human Resources department and tasks to drive organizational initiatives in coordination with the company's business objectives through various activities such as coordinating meetings, updating calendars, phone and email support, internship program, support other departments, i.e,. This role reports directly to the Human Resources Administrator Officer. Job Description: Their duties include but are not limited to Create and maintain databases, including receiving registrations and managing databases for events and groups, research and compile data; contact information and other related records. Creating and editing publications, agenda, and event invitations. Process incoming and outgoing correspondence. Answer calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member. Collated and file documents. As directed by the leader, other office support functions including website and intranet updates. Work collectively with other department heads and employees to update the internal internet site. Must be able to maintain digital files and records with an effective filing system. other assigned tasks and special projects as needed. Qualifications: Must possess a high school diploma or GED. Must have six months or more office experience (remote or onsite) Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing. Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing environments, multi-task, and maintain confidentiality at all times. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. A highly organized (time management) person who pays close attention to details, prioritizes tasks and follows directions. Must demonstrate a professional presence, flexibility, and willingness to work evenings and weekends. Experience using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace or similar software.
