QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Instructional Design, Education or comparable discipline preferred 4+ years of experience consulting with departments to identify learning and performance needs and solutions 4+ years of experience with the development of learning programs 4+ years of experience facilitating learning programs across multiple levels of an organization Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills Hands-on experience organizing corporate learning events and programs Experience tracking and documenting learning activities Familiarity with external learning content providers and learning management systems Knowledge of traditional and emerging learning design theory and practice Ability to foster and maintain strong professional relationships Must be willing to work in the office two to three days a week Periodic evenings a few times a month are required to support global employees The well-being of WWT employees is essential.
