EXPERIENCED Individual to Service and complete Maintenance on Residential and light Commercial Heating and Air Conditioning Equipment . Must be good to customers and have necessary tools . Horbett Heating is an established and respected company . We are looking for the Best and Brightest and are willing to compensate appropriately . On - call rotation is expected . Rate of pay is based on experience and ability . Benefits include : Vacation Pay , Holiday Pay , 401K Plan , Health Insurance , Commission , New Company Van , Advancement , Continuous Training , Great Working Atmosphere , Great Support Staff , Year Round Work , Overtime if desired , etc. This is not a Trainee position . Similar past employment and / or training is required .
