Overview:Earn $26.00/hr. -Joining our California's Great America Leadership team you'll be ensuring the beautification and the cleanliness throughout the park.. -You'll need to--- Oversee safe and efficient operation of the Park Services Department. Oversee associate recruitment, training, scheduling, corrective action, performance appraisals, and development and promotions of supervisory staff. Promote and enforce park/department standards and goals. Liaise with outside service contractors and oversee park waste management operation/equipment. Promote hospitality and interaction with park guests.
