Our client is a well established, specialist multidisciplinary consultancy that have developed successfully across multiple sectors including renewables, buildings and infrastructure – they work with major clients but still maintain that ‘family run’ feel in their culture. This client has an experienced safety team who work across Occupational Health & Safety, Process Safety, Technical Risk and Construction Safety. Due to expansion in the business they are looking to appoint two people to the team, on a hybrid working model from any of their offices across Scotland or the North of England. They are looking for a Health & Safety professional who enjoys carrying out compliance audits and inspections and developing tailored legal registers and prioritised action plans. They also need someone who has experience implementing management systems, who can provide on-site and safety training support when needed. As the role is at Principal level, if you have any wider mentorship, management, or networking abilities this would also be a great asset. Salary is dependent on experience level but looking between �40,000 and �60,000 in terms of budget, but a business case could be made for more if there is an exceptional candidate.
