Youll be the person in charge of this and driving that commercial part of the business forward. As the Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth via developing inbound leads, enhancing brand presence, and developing a strategy to attract future customers Requirements Coming from a Medical Device background is an advantage, but a great track record of working with a company that is technical in nature, that you have not only sold technical equipment but also sold service plans in that Business-to-Business environment. Types of things you will be doing day to day Retain and develop existing clients Maintain brand awareness via online and offline methods, Using Your creativity, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills will be key to your success in this role. Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives. Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, etc Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiate contracts. Create compelling advertising campaigns, promotional materials, and digital content. Monitor and analyse sales performance and market trends to identify areas for improvement. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging trends. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to represent the company Requirements: Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the med device industry Strong understanding of sales techniques, marketing principles, and brand management.
