AZTech are seeking a customer focused, Technical Pre-sales Consultant to support the Professional Services and Client Account Management Teams to help deliver outstanding technical and consultancy services to a wide variety of clients. The role will also include new client on-boarding projects as well as security and IT backssments. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years' experience in pre-sales with an IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) background. You will be a motivated, natural problem solver with the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment. It is essential to have a passion for technology and provide outstanding customer service. Key Respo nsibilities Perform IT Audits and Cyber Security backssments New Client Pre backssment for On-Boarding Define client Project scopes based on audits. Collaboration with Sales/Account managers and clients to convert client needs, pain or risk into a technical scope and budget Client Communications/meeting to determine requirements from sales scope to define time scales and technical SOW Complete documentation of solutions / project aligned to SOP to enable support or clients reporting Create technical roadmaps for clients, advising on hardware, software, cloud and security. Support client account managers and technical team with training on technical solutions. Review vendors and suppliers for best-in-class products and services. Provide technical consultancy to new and existing clients. Identify and register opportunities within existing client stack. Attend client and prospect meetings as the technical expert to shape opportunities. Write and submit response to tenders.
