Lewis Davey is supporting a global engineering organisation listed on the London Stock Exchange, with over 100 years of providing engineering excellence worldwide, currently looking for an experienced Renewable Energy Advisory Consultant to join their team. This is a senior position, providing invaluable guidance and strategic advice to clients navigating the complex world of renewable energy, particularly on the finance side. Main responsibilities will be growing the portfolio, managing and overseeing projects, visiting sites UK and overseas, and taking responsibility for the delivery of work to the highest of standards. You'll be a trusted advisor, supporting developers, investors, and energy users in making informed decisions that align with their sustainability goals. Whether it's conducting technical due diligence, offering expert advice on feasibility studies, or assisting in the construction of cutting-edge solar PV, wind generation, and battery storage projects, your expertise will be the driving force behind their success. Please apply If you have significant experience in: · Delivering technical and transaction advice / due diligence on PV, wind, BESS and grid connections for developers and the financial sector. · Renewable energy infrastructure implementation, system design, preparing/reviewing employer's requirements, and specifications. · New business development through both internal and external networks· Experience writing proposals and winning energy consultancy projects. · A strong degree in a relevant engineering discipline. · Numerate and comfortable building models in Excel and preparing professional reports in Word or Power Point. · Demonstrable communication skills tailored to the audience (e. g. senior management and clients).
