As a Service Now Functional / Process Consultant specialising in Information Risk Management IRM, you will play a pivotal role in transforming customer requirements into effective solutions within the Service Now IRM module. Your tasks will include: - Collaborating with clients to thoroughly document their Governance, Risk, and Compliance Tool requirements within the Service Now IRM framework. - Conducting feasibility backssments of customer requirements, offering insightful advice, and crafting innovative conceptual implementations. - Guiding the technical development process while ensuring the accurate execution of approved implementations. - Delivering comprehensive training sessions to customers and effectively communicating any changes. We are seeking an individual who possesses a unique blend of technical prowess, process expertise, and a commitment to information security. You must speak English, German and have the right to work in Germany. The ideal candidate will have: - Demonstrated hands-on experience with the Service Now platform, particularly with a focus on the IRM module. - Fundamental knowledge of software development methodologies, including SCRUM and agile practices, as well as practical experience in application testing. - A keen interest in actively participating in the design and execution of security protocols and standards. - Strong communication skills in both German and English, enabling you to confidently articulate ideas and insights in both written and spoken forms.
