You will be working very closely with the Associate Director and a team of Property Management Administrators covering a portfolio of 180 residential and commercial properties. Property Management Administrator Waterloo £25,000 - £28,000 My client, a well-established residential and commercial property development firm based in Waterloo, are currently seeking a motivated Property Management Administrator to join their vibrant and dynamic team. You will be working very closely with the Associate Director and a team of Property Management Administrators covering a portfolio of 180 residential and commercial properties. Duties Answering emails and calls from contractors and serve as point of contact for management Arranging Fire, Health and Safety surveys across the residential and commercial portfolio Helping to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Arrange site visits / inspections Drafting responses to health and safety related queries Compiling reports for multiple projects on a building by building basis Requirements Experience in as an administrator or coordinator supporting property managers, or administrative role within property Highly organised and excellent team player Proactive, strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise Problem solving capabilities High level of accuracy and attention to detail Hours: Office based Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm.
