New Wire Marine seeks a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager and Content Creator to join our team. We're on the lookout for someone passionate and results-oriented, ready to spearhead the development, execution, and oversight of our digital marketing campaigns across diverse channels. If you thrive in a hands-on role that blends creativity, strategic insight, and analytical prowess, we're eager to connect with you! What You'll Do: Create and execute digital marketing plans to drive traffic to our website and generate quality leads. Manage all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Create and manage engaging content for digital platforms, including website, blog, social media, and email campaigns. Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and implement innovative strategies to improve campaign performance. Collaborate with sales, operations, and engineering (product development) to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Manage digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing digital marketing campaigns and driving results. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising. Strong analytical skills and experience using digital marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ad Manager, Google Ads) to track campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications, especially Photoshop, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Dropbox; familiarity with Klaviyo and other video and photo editing software a plus! Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for digital platforms. Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to problem-solve effectively. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Basic graphic design skills to create visually appealing content. Professional or recreational experience in the marine or boating industry is a plus!
