Here’s where you’ll be focusing: • Coordinate the daily activities of Receivers, Shippers, Clerical Support, and Clerks • Work closely with Procurement and Inbound / Outbound • Contribute to the effectiveness of the Central Kitchen’s health and safety program by promoting a safe work culture • Provide employees with instruction, information, supervision, and facilities to encourage ongoing safe work practices • Maintain integrity of system productivity monitors and review all reports and develops strategies for improving site productivity • Coach, counsel, and discipline employees as required • Prompt implementation of new or revised Manufacturing programs and standards • Ensure all checklists and inspections are complete, current, and accurate • Maintain a clean and safe work environment as per company requirements • Maintain superior customer service levels with both internal and external customers. • Identify and analyze areas for cost reduction or margin improvement. • Ensure adherence.
