Here are some key accountabilities of the role: Collaborates and consults with DC Operations and Training teams to define training needs, identify resource opportunities, and develop plans to execute and achieve business requirements Supports the design, development, and maintenance of learning content (onboarding programs, ILT, conferences etc. ) Executes rollout of DC training programs (technology, systems, onboarding, operational training, TJX Leadership, LP, Health & Safety) across assigned DC facility leveraging DRIVE program tools and resources Coordinates DC facility training schedules; responsible for DC L&D center setup; ensures adequate training supplies and materials available, Monitors progress and evaluates training program implementations (skill transfer on the job, content, methods); collaborates with the Manager of DC Operations Training and L&D to identify training gaps, needs and opportunities to maximize training effectiveness across DS network, Trains and coaches DC Operational Management teams on business acumen and is a key resource to answer questions and discuss best practices; provides timely feedback.
