The role may be offering personal care, companionship, medication, preparing meals, shopping, housekeeping and accompanying our clients to attend any medical appointments, social visits and day centres. Responsibilities: To share with other staff the responsibility of meeting the personal care needs of our clients in a way that respects their dignity and promotes independence and well: being. Comfortable to act on instructions or work on your own initiative and youll enjoy being part of a close: knit team. The service we provide is expected to be of the same high standard you would expect to be given to members of your own family but is not expected to include tasks that would normally be undertaken by a trained nurse. Requirements: You dont need any previous care experience or qualifications. Your personal qualities and values are more important.
