The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations. Position Overview Under the general direction of the Maintenance Logistics Coordinator, the incumbent is responsible for maintenance material for internal Maintenance staff. Duties include issuing maintenance repair materials and replacement tools, tool crib items, uniforms, safety equipment and special project materials. Inspects all maintenance material before issuing. Performs cycle counts and inventories; receives, identifies, bins and distributes materials to the Maintenance Stores locations; arranges, assembles and maintains parts bins, shelving, racking and labelling in the Maintenance Stores locations. Experience Two years’ experience in receiving, stock replenishment and issuance of materials in a high volume, fast paced storeroom setting of a large Facilities Maintenance Environment required. Experience with the use of a computerized material and inventory control system required. Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate) Complete high school education, Manitoba standards, required. Knowledge of computerized inventory system training required. Computer training in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office required.
