Do you have GRC/Sec Ops experience and are looking for a new opportunity to advance your career We are looking for a Service Now Technical Consultant who has previous GRC/Sec Ops experience to join our client. As a Service Now Sec Ops/GRC Technical Consultant you will play a key role in delivering innovative Sec Ops/GRC solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their security needs and leverage the Service Now platform to design, implement, and optimize their Sec Ops/GRC processes. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to backss their security requirements and develop tailored solutions using the Service Now platform. Configure and customize the Service Now Security Operations module to meet client-specific needs. Integrate security tools and technologies into the Service Now platform for streamlined incident response and threat management. Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on security best practices and Service Now Sec Ops/GRC capabilities. Assist in the deployment, testing, and documentation of Sec Ops/GRC solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Service Now implementations. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in cybersecurity. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience in implementing and configuring the Service Now Security Operations /GRC module. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and best practices. Experience with integrating security tools and technologies with the Service Now platform. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Service Now Certified System Administrator CSA certification is a plus.
