The ideal candidate will contribute to building the existing practice, engage in significant client interaction, and aspire to a leadership role in the long term. This position requires a Juris Doctorate or better in Law, with a focus on estate planning. Job Overview:Actively participate in expanding the firm's tax practice.Engage in substantial client interaction, providing high-quality legal services.Demonstrate potential for assuming leadership responsibilities within the firm. Duties:Conduct legal research and analysis related to tax matters, particularly estate planning.Draft legal documents such as wills, trusts, and estate plans.Provide counsel to clients on tax planning strategies and compliance issues.Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff on complex cases and projects.Represent clients in tax-related proceedings before administrative agencies or courts, if necessary. Requirements:Juris Doctorate or better in Law.5+ years of relevant experience in estate planning.Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Demonstrated leadership potential and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
