We are seeking analyst, consultant, and manager level candidates. Our management consultants collaborate with project managers, product owners, business stakeholders, and end-users to deliver complex business transformation projects and digital solutions. You will participate in the full lifecycle of a project - discovery, design, development, testing, implementation, change management, and customer success. Our roles are typically a hybrid of business analysis, management consulting, technology solutions, software product development, project management, change management, and customer success. Job description (the work) The key to your success in this role is the right attitude. We seek candidates who are quick learners, have good critical thinking, great communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, work well in teams, have the grit to deliver high-quality work, and are willing to grow constantly. Work closely with users and stakeholders to understand business processes and user requests. Translate business needs into solution requirements including functional, non-functional, technical, user experience, and reporting specifications. Develop user stories that are concise, feasible, and have clear acceptance criteria. Facilitate sessions with relevant stakeholders to drive clarity on requirements and solutions. Support product backlog, sprint grooming, planning, stand-ups, demos, and retros. Support project management activities to successfully deliver the client project. Support product design, product management, and digital solution success. Improve systems or processes by analyzing current state processes and practices (as-is), identifying process improvements, and designing future state business processes and modifications (to-be). Design and document user workflows to meet product requirements. Support system design, development, testing, integration, deployment, and user adoption. Support technical discovery, solution design sessions, and product/platform selection. Prepare and support end-user documentation, release notes, and training. Define and develop documentation, artifact standards, guidelines, processes, and templates. Establish strong client relationships and position yourself as a trusted advisor. Support business units in the resolution of product, systems, user and process issues. This role requires reasonable business travel to work with onsite teams and clients Bonus points if you have: Prior work experience in oil, gas, chemicals, manufacturing, terminals, field operations, or utilities. Prior experience with ERPs (SAP, Dynamics, NetSuite), Middleware (Azure), Low Code (Appian, PowerApps), EAM (CMMS, Infor, Hexagon), P2P (Ariba, Coupa), Order to Cash, HRIS, Warehouse Management, Workforce Management, or Terminal Automation. Prior experience in management consulting Can understand the “big picture” and can drive conversations in high-pressure situations. Knowledge of and curiosity about technology and its impact on design solutions. Understanding of software development and project management Accustomed to working collaboratively with customers and cross-functional team members. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Qualifications Required Undergraduate degree Ability to work effectively in a local/hybrid/remote role that will support US business hours. Personality characteristics to succeed at Digineox You are a self-starter, process- and results-oriented person who can think out of the box. Excellent communicator and storyteller with the ability to present ideas and specifications concisely to a broad range of team members and clients. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment. Experience working in a fast-paced agile environment, and high comfort with ambiguity. Be organized and demonstrate good digital hygiene and adhere to established naming conventions and organizational standard methodologies. Highly detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to prioritize, set goals, meet deadlines, and deliver in a fast-paced, changing environment. Willingness to broaden your own skillset into adjacent specializations while refining mastery of primary skillset.
