You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving electrical and mechanical issues, ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions, and driving customer satisfaction. Help to build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture. - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES --- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues for our customers - --- Provide technical support and expertise for our Conveyor Systems solutions --- Provide technical support and expertise for our Mechanical Systems & Components solutions - --- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of our solutions - --- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement --- Work Schedule Wednesday 2:00 A.M.- 6:30 A.M. & Thursday, Friday & Saturday 6:00 P.M.- 6:30 A.M. -YOU MUST HAVE --- 1+ year of Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive or Industrial troubleshooting and repair experience - --- MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) --- Ability to work multiple shifts as needed WE VALUE--- Previous experience troubleshooting material handling equipment (conveyors, palletizers, robotics) --- PLC experience preferred --- Previous customer service experience BENEFITS We offer a full benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), flexible vacation and education assistance.
