Position Title: CVOR RN Circulator Location: Charleston, SC Salary Range: $32.00 - $47.00 per hour Shift Differential: Nights $3.50, On-Call $3.50, Weekends $3.50 Sign-On Bonus: Negotiable Relocation: Negotiable Type: Full-Time, Permanent Shift: Days, 12-Hour Shifts with Rotating Weekends and On-Call Requirement (8-10 Call Shifts Every 4 Weeks) Job Summary: Join our dynamic team as a CVOR RN Circulator, providing professional surgical nursing care in a high-volume healthcare setting. Collaborate with skilled members of the heart team to deliver quality patient care during surgical procedures. Responsibilities: 🔹 Assist in emergency, elective, and scheduled cases🔹 Collaborate with surgical teams for optimal patient care🔹 Communicate effectively with patients' families and surgical team🔹 Manage and organize necessary surgical supplies🔹 Assess and monitor patients pre-, during, and post-surgery🔹 Maintain sterile operating environments🔹 Ensure accurate counts and correct procedural sites🔹 Monitor and manage patient systems and health levels🔹 Administer medications per physician orders🔹 Involve patients/support persons in post-operative care plans Requirements: 🔹 Accredited Nursing Degree (ADN or higher)🔹 Active RN license in the state of practice or compact/multi-state license🔹 Current BLS certification from AHA or American Red Cross🔹 At least 1 year of CVOR nursing experience Benefits: 💼 Competitive salary and shift differentials 💼 Negotiable sign-on bonus and relocation assistance 💼 Professional growth in a supportive environment Apply Now: Ready to take the next step in your nursing career?
