Realtor - With A Plan after NAR Changes in July With the NAR changes coming in July 2024, you need a company that will support you with seller-focused opportunities. We also have a team of inside sales agents who set appointments for our agents. Your job is to show up and sign the client. If you know how to convert sellers into signed clients and convert listings into ratified contracts, we want to talk with you. We are looking for people who are hard workers, who are not afraid of the phone, and who are looking to not just survive these NAR changes, but thrive in the new environment with us.
