The Supplier Relationship Manager Specialist will be responsible for supporting the SRM Manager in managing the relationships with our suppliers to ensure seamless operations and effective communication. In this role you will monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns. Additionally, you will collaborate with category managers to align sourcing strategies with supplier performance. Here’s where you’ll be focusing: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers - Negotiate SLA agreements with suppliers - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on supplier requirements - Develop action plans on identified opportunities for cost savings and process improvements - Conduct regular supplier evaluations and performance reviews - Track and report supplier performance metrics and KPIs.
