The Assistant store manager is the right-hand person of the store manager. They work together on a day to day basis and is the main contact in the absence of the store manager. They are responsible for all activity in the store. The successful person will work closely with the store manager in the development of its revenue, and must ensure the proper application of A. P. C. 's commercial strategy. In the absence of the store manager, they will ensure proper operation of the store in terms of upkeep, visual merchandising and stock management. They are the direct manager of the team and must be involved in skills training and monitoring for the shop assistants. Their missions are: COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT Strong presence on the sales floor, development of sales and customer file The Assistant manager must spend as much time as possible on the sales floor. The management tasks under their responsibility should never reduce this time on the sales floor. Receiving and assisting customers on a daily basis The assistant store manager must ensure the sales process for demanding customers and set an example for all members of their team. They, such as the store manager, is the privileged contact for the store's best customers. The store manager should be an excellent incarnation of the A. P. C. brand image, whether through their uniform and overall look, their attitude or their way of addressing our customers. They must perfectly master the key points of the A. P. C. Signature de Vente sales technique training and be able to pass on their expertise in terms of receiving and advising customers. Customer dispute management: The assistant store manager can take final responsibility in case of customer disputes and must ensure good communication on these issues with Retail and their manager.
