You will be responsible for the operations and commercial side of the business. You will play a crucial role in driving growth, optimizing processes, and ensuring the overall success of our business in the region. About the position: Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales, revenue, and profit targets in alignment with the overall company objectives. Oversee day-to-day operations, including supply chain, logistics, inventory management, and distribution, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Manage the budget, forecasting, and financial performance of the business. Implement cost-control measures and optimize operational processes for financial efficiency. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and other key stakeholders. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms. Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to food safety, licensing, and other relevant standards. Stay updated on changes in regulations and implement necessary adjustments. Focus on enhancing the customer experience through effective merchandising, marketing, and customer service initiatives. Implement feedback mechanisms to address customer concerns. Identify opportunities for market expansion and growth. Develop and execute plans for opening new stores or expanding existing ones. Provide regular reports to the corporate office, communicating key performance indicators, market trends, and other relevant information.
