If your referral is hired, you'll receive a $3000 payment! code-extreferTKO provide systems engineering, software development, data science and cloud development and engineering services to the Cyber Infrastructure Solutions customer. The services enable the Data Transformation, Malware Analysis, and Cyber Threat Intelligence processing and sharing capabilities for the customer, fulfilling mission objectives and offering actionable information to detect and mitigate cyber threats. The contract has several locations in Maryland and a small contingent in Texas. The TKO program is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to act as a Technical Task Order (TTO) Lead in support of the Data Transformation Solutions (DTS) TTO. The TTO Lead will be responsible for managing multiple project teams of ~90 FTEs.The TTO Lead will serve as the main point of contact for the program's branch leadership (chiefs and TDs) about staffing, performance issues, personnel issues, technical issues, as well as future/direction of the branches. The Lead shall use expert communication skills needed to direct the skilled technical resources and report on the technical progress, issues, and problem areas, as well as write and review technical documents. Basic Qualifications: * A High School Diploma or GED plus nineteen (19) years of general systems engineering experience OR* A Bachelor's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field plus fifteen (15) years of systems engineering experience.OR* A Master's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline plus thirteen (13) years of systems engineering experience.OR* A PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field plus thirteen (13) years of systems engineering experience.Required Skills:Direct experience in managing multi-task contracts and subcontracts of various types and complexity, as well as experience in leading a multi-vendor environment Desired Skills: Desired skills:* Understanding of Cyber Security principles and knowledge of Threat Intelligence is desired Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Poly SP Other Important Information You Should Know Expression of Interest: By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
