This is a highly exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking council. I am looking for a Registered Manager to lead a brand new 4 bed children’s home for young people aged 8-18 with EBD Working for a local council offers excellent benefits and job stability, this is a highly desirable opportunity to move from the private sector into the public. The Registered Manager role is a permanent full time post paying £50,470 - £55,125 per annum, public sector pension scheme, overtime in Lieu offering. To be considered for the Registered Manager role, you must have: Previous Ofsted Registered Manager experience or extensive Deputy Manager experience min 3 years in a children’s home QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management Strong knowledge of children’s social care legislation, Ofsted, safeguarding Positive personality who is child led in practice.
