So that residents receive a high quality service and have the confidence to live independent and fulfilling lives. To provide leadership and strategic direction to staff in the Supported Housing Team. To develop good working relations with tenants so they have appropriate influence over the way in which their homes and sheltered housing schemes are managed. To exercise effective control over budgets, quality and performance in the Supported Housing team.
