Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Lead, inspire, and manage the restaurant team, maintaining high service standards. Work closely with the Assistant General Manager (AGM) and General Manager (GM) to implement strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and business performance.
