We are currently looking to add a highly energetic and motivated Marketing/Admissions Director to our dynamic team. Do you have a background in health care sales and marketing and enjoy working with seniors and their families to secure the best care for a post-acute stay? The primary purpose of the Marketing Director is to develop, coordinate, develop and administer our facility's marketing and public relations programs and services. Provide tours to perspective patients, family members or responsible parties. Establishes marketing goals to ensure share of market and profitability of services. Develops and executes marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to ensure growth and expansion of company services and improvement of facilities census. Successful candidates will have the following: Marketing and/or admissions experience in Healthcare/skilled nursing facility setting Excellent community relations with hospitals, hospice, and home health An entrepreneurial mindset No fear of the word "no" Bachelors Degree OR 5 years experience in marketing/public relations in a health care setting may be recognized in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree.)
