ANNOUNCING ARROW SECURITY-NYC OFFERING THE 8-HOUR PRE-LICENSING TRAINING CLASS REQUIRED FOR THE NYS SECURITY GUARD LICENSE! We are offering the 8-hour Pre-Licensing Security Training class required by NYS for the NYS Security Guard license, and anyone interested in working in the security guard industry can attend. Please see below for more details. When: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Monday, April 24th Where: Arrow Security - NYC Regional Office 247 W. 35th Street 12th Floor, Manhattan, NY 10001 Dress Code : Business Casual What should you bring to the event : Valid NYS-issued photo ID One document showing proof of residency/right to work i.e., social security card, birth certificate, passport, permanent resident card, work authorization card or any other acceptable document per federal guidelines Details: This course is mandatory for all unarmed and armed security guards seeing licensing in New York. It is a one-day course that serves as the first step in the registration process to become a professional security guard. S tudents passing this class will receive a Certificate of Course Completion documenting their achievement.
