Job Description : Oversee Ecommerce and Customer service functions within Bullfrog including internal sales, order placement and fulfillment, and order tracking. The person chosen for this position will be responsible for assisting Ecommerce Customers in providing a high level of professional support and is willing to build a long-term relationship with the customer. Job Responsibilities: Work cross-functionally with Sales, Parts, and Manufacturing teams to ensure good business processes and information flow both internally and externally. Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with customers. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. Respond promptly to customer questions about orders. Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution. Demonstrate a first in class customer service experience with every customer interaction. Coordinate the processes of order fulfillment of parts orders, including order tracking. Manage the receipt and recording of payments for parts orders. Help with various accounting related processes (i.e. refunding credits on account). Work through customer complaints and problem resolution. Handles issues in the best interest of both customer and company. Other Duties as assigned. Requirements: Excellent interpersonal, team building and problem-solving skills. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters. Requires excellent organizational skills. Can communicate clearly, both written and verbally. Experience with office related computer skills and software (typing, Microsoft, Mitel).
