Here are some key accountabilities of the role: Driving the Business: Manages the construction related store design projects; manages external design/signage vendors to ensure that design projects and/or components are delivered on time and on budget. Responsible for communicating any issues or delays to all affected parties and resolving these issues promptly. Ensures that design aspects and finishes of all store plans are accurate. Reviews store design, signage and store experience (e. g. Mood, IVC) vendor performance and costs; backsses if vendor review required. Leads store walk-throughs and inspections, on new, relocated or renovated stores are completed to ensure all elements are installed as per plan and to the design standards. Reports any deficiencies with the assigned Vendor(s), correction of any issues and sign off the store design elements. Monitors and verifies that design components of construction budgets are within plan parameters; responsible for processing documentation to. Visit ListedBuy for more information.
