Here are some key accountabilities of the role: This position is the primary point of contact for store logistics and acts as a liaison between Service Providers (Carriers, 3PL's), TJX, and WMI Key Partners (Distribution Services, Store Operations, Loss Prevention, Planning/Allocation, Finance, and Merchants) Supports WMI Logistics strategies and delivers merchandise and fixtures to stores, in a cost effective and efficient manner while meeting or exceeding carrier service standards Lead or support in multi-banner or cross-functional transportation negotiations Partner with the distribution centers to manage and optimize key store delivery cost drivers: units/carton, cartons/pallet, big box utilization, etc What you'll need To begin your career with us, we require the following: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to read, write, communicate and interpret information accurately; bilingualism an asset; able to developing and building relationships with internal and external partners / team members; customer service skills including efficiently and effectively responding to inquires or resolving any conflicts or problems that might.
