Our Game Master and Game Hosts communicate and work with our guests throughout their entire live escape game experience ensuring a memorable Escapology experience. What we’re looking for: Guest service experience a plus Friendly and professional demeanor Ability to work well as a team Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the event business, including weekends and holidays Responsibilities: Welcome guests and assist in the check-in process Brief and debrief guests on their live escape game experience Monitor and run escape games Recover game rooms quickly to maintain a schedule Maintain company cleanliness and organizational standards Handle unexpected situations in a calm and professional manner Why join our team?
