We are seeking reliable and determined delivery drivers! We are a company that contracts with FedEx Home Delivery to provide outstanding delivery service to the Ladson, SC area. Terminal Location: 6850 Weber Blvd, Ladson, SC 29456 No CDL required!!! Schedules Available: FLEXIBLE - Must be able to work 6 days per week (weekends will be required during November and December - BONUS for working Sundays!!! ) Typical work hours : 8:00 AM-6:00 PM Benefits: Starting daily day rate $160 (after one week of training) Eligible for medical/dental/vision insurance benefits (supplemental insurance options also available) 401K with company matching Weekly paycheck Paid Training ( $150/day) Post Training daily pay rate $160 (opportunity for raise within 30 days) Safety oriented company culture Solid team atmosphere - NO MICROMANAGING!!! Company provided uniforms Stop Bonus Program to Award Performance Paid time off (After 90 Days) Bonus for working Sundays Relocation reimbursement bonus of $500 (After 90 Days) Other performance-based incentives Job Information: We operate 7 days per week. Full-time – 6 days scheduled per week This is a physical job and requires that the driver gets in and out of the truck. Requirements: All applicants MUST meet ALL of the following criteria (NO EXCEPTIONS): 1 year of verifiable job-related driving experience in the last 3 years OR 5 years of verifiable job-related driving experience in the last 5 years. Driving experience must be verifiable. MILITARY DRIVING, TAXI, UBER, PIZZA DELIVERY, LANDSCAPE DRIVER IS ACCEPTABLE EXPERIENCE Must be able to pass a Drug Test and DOT Medical / Physical Exam (Paid by Employer!) No felonies / violent misdemeanors or drug-related misdemeanors in the last 10 years. Clean Motor Vehicle Record Applicants must be 21 years of age or older Physically able to handle packages up to 150 lbs. Have dependable transportation The ability to locate suburban addresses using GPS and/or maps is a must and a good general knowledge of our service area which includes the Ladson, SC area. Responsibilities Arrive at the FedEx terminal to pick up vehicle and packages Loading and Unloading packages from the truck Delivering packages to the destination using a GPS system Scanning and Logging Packages SAFETY, INTEGRITY, SERVICE, and ATTENDANCE are top priorities!
