Make your mark for patients We are looking for a Data Office Domain Leadto join us in our Data Officefunction, to be based in any of our Brussels (Belgium), Slough (UK) or Raleigh (US) offices About the role The Data Office Domains Lead will be responsible for delivering on the adoption of the global data strategy, governance, and best practices within a specific functional domain(s) of the organization. The role will focus on ensuring that a domain identifies data enablement, governance, and reuse within their areas and any projects or digital solutions to support the data strategy in action. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation of the organizations data strategy within a domain, ensuring that it is aligned with the companys overall strategy and objectives. Who you'll work with You will report into the Head of Data Office Domains What you'll do : Contribute to the implementation of the organizations data strategy within each domain, ensuring that it is aligned with the companys overall strategy and objectives.Work with stakeholders within a domain to identify key data enablement opportunities and ensure that data governance and reuse are considered in all projects and digital solutions.Work with IT to ensure that the organizations data infrastructure within a domain is fit for purpose and aligned with best practices.Implement a data sharing strategy within a domain that enables the organization to share data effectively and efficiently.Is seen as a delivery: oriented operational Business partner able to support and develop products for data capability which deliver on pressing needs across data analytic science, program/business needs, technology and process enablement.Intentionally collaborative by mediating across interest groups to deliver transversal solutions.Significantly contributes to Data Office team preparation: action planning, execution, delivery, and communication at leadership forums/decision boards through.
