Lettings Agency Officer Newham, London Temporary Full Time We are seeking a highly responsive and professional Lettings Agency Officer to join our team based in Newham. This is a full time, temporary role with an initial contract period of 3 months. The Lettings Agency Officer will act as the first point of contact, and will provide excellent customer service to both clients and customers. The ideal candidate will be passionate about advancing the service standards of the company. Requirements Previous experience working in a similar role, preferably as a Lettings Agent, Property Manager or Property Inspector Knowledge of housing legislation, policies and procedures, including best practice regarding tenancy renewals and vacancieinteractionperience providing an effective service to members of the public, and working with customers to resolve issues including maintenance issues and offering advice for customers with rent arrearinteractioncellent communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent administrative abilitieinteractioncellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage workload efficiently, and meet deadlines Previous experience in a fast paced environment, and ability to plan and organise workloads to meet deadliness Role Expectations Be the first point of call for both clients and customers, and deliver excellent customer service to all Conducting property viewings and showcasing available rentals to prospective tenants Assisting clients through the application and tenancy process with professionalism and care Managing inquiries, responding to client needs, and providing exceptional customer service Ensure all communication, queries and maintenance issues that are reported.
