Callie's Hot Little Biscuit is looking to hire full time Front Counter Team Member for our King Street location in Charleston, SC. This food service position has the potential to earn up to $18.00 per hour (that number includes tips). The Front Counter Team Member handles a wide range of responsibilities at our grab-and-go eatery from greeting customers, working the registers and beverage station, and expediting food to customers. Your enthusiasm and customer service skills are essential to our success. This position will also be responsible for general cleanup including dishwashing and may be asked to assist in other areas. But first and foremost, you make each and every customer feel welcome with a warm greeting and genuine smile. You enjoy being part of a positive work environment and sharing good food with both soon-to-be new converts and regular customers! This is an excellent position for someone who is people oriented, likes to sell and be on the go, work in a team, and can communicate effectively. QUALIFICATIONS Love for biscuits and other Southern specialties Exceptional customer service skills Communication is key Able to handle fast paced environment Food service or bakery experience would be a plus, but don't worry, we will train you !
