Circa 1886 is looking for an experienced baker to make various breads and tea items for the restaurant and hotel properties. We are a fine dining restaurant and having a background in this environment is a plus. We offer competitive wages (based on your experience), free parking, medical, dental and vision insurance after 60 days for full time employees, plus 2 weeks paid vacation after your first year of employment. The right candidate must be available to work 4am - 12pm with weekend availability. RESPONSIBILITIES: Knowledgeable about the preparation and ingredients of every selection on the menu Receiving and putting away food deliveries Bread making Operating a dough sheeter Creativity in making breads/croissants/cinnamon rolls and tea items REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to work 4am - 12pm shift with weekend availability Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours per shift Must have reliable transportation Basic knowledge of bread production Professional, outgoing, and friendly personality The ability to work as a team with a fluid result The Charming Inns family of companies are equal opportunity employers.
