Callie's Hot Little Biscuit is looking to hire a motivated full-time Management Trainee to learn how to manage one of our eateries or take over as a Shift Leader/Assistant Manager in downtown Charleston. The Management Trainee will learn all aspects of the eateries including managing and delegating tasks to staff, inventory management, running daily service and overall store operations. This is a full time position and after 3 months of training, this role will either become an Assistant Manager or Store Manager. You will work in collaboration with Callie's Management and Production on daily bakery tasks as well as executing efforts to expand and strengthen clientele and business. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of 2 years work experience. Food service such as bakery/cafeteria/retail/restaurant environment preferred Ability to lead a team Must have attention to detail Creative approach to problem solving Ability to promote a culture of gratitude Ability to learn point of sale system and Microsoft Excel/Google products FULL-TIME WORK SCHEDULE The Management Trainee is expected to work a 5 day work week throughout the hours of operations (generally work hours are 6:30am to 3:00pm).
