PRISM IT Analyst/Project Manager Your Challenge: As a PRISM IT Analyst /Project Manager, you will have a proven track record in consulting and project delivery of SaaS and Enterprise Solutions and need to have a keen interest in client success and Project Management Office (PMO) Processes . You will demonstrate your ability in analysis and project management to communicate technically and effectively with customers, to understand their requirements, articulate best practices, implement a SaaS solution and manage to deadlines. Your Role: As a Sr IT Project Manager , you will help the team grow and support our increasing base of PRISM Compliance Management customers (PRISMCompliance.com). Your role will be critical to the success of customers and Early Morning Software, Inc (EMS) in the implementation and adoption of our SaaS solution including understanding customer requirements, establishing a strong project management foundation for our projects and engaging with internal and external resources to successfully implement P R iSM. As a n IT Analyst /Project Manager, you MUST be able to demonstrate effective communication skills, a collaborative team spirit and a highly proactive attitude in setting customer's expectations and managing projects and clients for success. Essential functions: Develop and execute Project Plans for new and existing clients in the implementation and support of PRiSM Establish and maintain reporting on Project Status and overall Client Status Deliver customer projects on time and within budget Identify opportunities to add additional value to clients through the implementation of enhancements, upgrades and best practices Direct engagement with Clients and internal resources required for project success Analyze and understand customer requirements and how they map to PRISM Configure customer instances of PRISM Ensure the development of all required documentation and delivery of project deliverables to clients Additional responsibilities may include: Conducting training classes for client users as required Contribute to the product knowledge base and best practices Identify and document product enhancement and / or new product ideas Work with the other business teams (primarily support, customer success and sales) in communicating the products to customers Minimum Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience working within Project Management Office Minimum 4 years of experience as a Technical Project Management Minimum 4 years of experience as a Technical Analysts Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Analys is and Integration Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Product Implementation Bachelors' degree in Business, Information Technology, or Computer Science Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills Proven business and/or technical analysis skills Priority given to qualified applicants with: Experience delivering COTs software projects Experience working with HTML, SQL, Crystal Reports and database design Experience working with major ERP/Contract Management/Procurement Systems (e.g., ADP, Oracle, Paychex, QuickBooks, Sage, SAP) Proven excellence working with advanced MS Excel capabilities (e.g., macros) Familiarity with supplier diversity and compliance management, supply chain management, contract management, procurement and financial systems Experience with Business Process Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Agile Development SaaS software and web application experience in trouble shooting and analysis Industry Computer Software Information Technology & Services Employment Type Full-time Job Posted by ApplicantPro
