The RBR-Technologies Data Management and Data Governance Subject Matter Expert will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of data management and governance solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of data governance frameworks, data management practices, and data quality best practices. They will be expected to work closely with clients to understand their data needs and provide guidance on how to develop and maintain a robust data governance program. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the development and implementation of data management and governance solutions for clients. Develop and maintain data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures. Provide guidance to clients on data governance best practices and data quality assurance. Perform data assessments and develop data quality standards to ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards. Design and implement data management solutions, including data warehousing, ETL processes, and data lakes. Develop and deliver data governance and data management training sessions to clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of data management and governance solutions. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in data management and governance in a professional setting. Deep understanding of data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures. Experience in developing and implementing data management solutions, including data warehousing, ETL processes, and data lakes. Strong understanding of data quality best practices and data assessment methodologies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients at all levels of the organization.
