Callie's Hot Little Biscuit is looking to hire full time Cook for our King Street location in Charleston, SC. This food service position has the potential to earn up to $18.00 per hour (that number includes tips). The Cook handles a wide range of responsibilities at our grab-and-go eateries from preparing hot hand-made biscuits, grits, and southern staples according to our recipes and standards. The Cook may do some prep work along with working the line. This position will also be responsible for general cleanup including dishwashing and other responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be able to follow instructions well, work in a fast paced environment, and passion for food. Our small grab & go eateries serve a variety of piping hot biscuits, pimento cheese sandwiches, and other locally inspired breakfast, lunch, and late-night treats. QUALIFICATIONS Love for biscuits and other Southern specialties Prep and/or Line Cook experience a plus Communication is key Able to handle fast paced environment Food service or bakery experience would be a plus, but don't worry, we will train you ! FULL TIME WORK SCHEDULE We are looking for someone to work 5 days a week, generally shifts are 7:00am to 2:30pm. You have nights off! READY TO JOIN OUR EATERY TEAM?
