Description:
Position Purpose · To deliver hot parts and other inventory as needed from external warehouse "MLC2" to MBUSI Campus. Responsibilities · Adherence to safety principles at all times · Know and follow standard work procedures and safety rules for all tasks assigned · Deliver parts safely while following all traffic regulations · Ensure that all parts are delivered to and picked up from the correct destination dock door · 5S Work Area Knowledge and Skills Required · High School diploma or equivalent · Box Truck operation · Good communication skills both written and verbal Requirements · Must be able to frequently walk around a warehouse floor · Must possess a CDL license with ability to get Hazardous goods certification. · Must be able to lift 50lbs on a frequent basis Physical Demands/Work Environment · This job operates in and out of a warehouse environment. · Noise level may be high · The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time. Bending and/or reaching may be required. · Personal Protective Equipment must be worn at all times while on Shop Floor to prevent injury to self or others.
