Summary of Responsibilities: Team Louie Members are responsible for fulfilling sponsorship promotions during home games, assisting with theme night entertainment, hosting pre-game activities around the ballpark, and running fan entertainment activities throughout the season. In addition to in-game responsibilities, this position will support a variety of departments within the organization at events as needed and represent the organization at events throughout the community. ***This is a general interest posting. This job will be open to applications throughout the 2023 season. Essential Functions of the Job: Encourage fan participation in activities and promotions throughout the park Interact with fans prior to the game and between innings Assist with providing a fun, family-friendly atmosphere for the fans Make community appearances throughout the calendar year Education and Experience Required: Marketing & promotions experience Strong verbal communication skills Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled Ability to stand and walk comfortably for long periods of time Education and Experience Preferred: 2+ years of experience in marketing & promotions Excellent verbal communication skills
