The role of the assistant principal is integral in all directional decision-making leading the school into the next phase of its development. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A MONTESSORI ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL SC State Certification in School Leadership Experience in leadership Experience in a variety of educational models Knowledge about effective and innovative instructional and evaluation techniques Montessori certification or willingness to certify in Montessori pedagogy True passion for growing schools, teachers, and students Experience with both elementary and middle school students is preferred. Are you skilled in interpersonal relations with students, parents, teachers, staff, and the general public? Do you have outstanding written and verbal communication skills? Are you team-oriented? Are you compassionate and caring while able to maintain professional boundaries? If so, you might just be perfect for this Assitant Principal position!
