Each day, you arrive at the shop ready to expertly diagnose car issues and recommend the best course of action to repair them. After your determined course of action has been approved, you efficiently make the necessary repairs to get our clients' vehicles safely back on the road. In addition to performing diagnostics and repairs, you also closely mentor less-experienced members of your team, ensuring your entire crew continues to advance their skills. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A LEVEL A EXPERIENCED AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN - AUTO MECHANIC Master ASE technician certification 10+ years of industry experience Proficiency in diagnosing vehicles of all models Ability to log 45+ billable hours per week Ability to train other technicians Experience as a Maryland state inspector would be a plus!
